Skinny Perfection’s Natural Weight Loss System is a complete 30 day weight loss program that focuses on appetite control, increasing metabolism, and burning stored fat. Our program contains three unique natural supplements that have been clinically proven to work together to enhance the body’s ability to lose weight without diet or exercise.
What program is best for me?
Skinny Perfection offers two programs, our Natural Weight Loss System and our Fit Body Program. Both programs are designed to help you lose weight, boost metabolism and burn fat. If you struggle with portion control and hungry, then our Natural Weight Loss System is right for you. However, if you find yourself struggling with poor energy or looking to boost your workouts, then our Fit Body Program is right for you.
Can anyone take this?
Yes, our programs is designed to help both men and women. Whether you are looking to lose weight, lose inches, or lean up, Skinny Perfection is designed to support your individual goal. Because Skinny Perfection is all natural, it is safe to for anyone. However, we do recommend you consult with your doctor before starting any weight loss program. In addition, we do not recommend our program if you are pregnant or nursing.
Is it natural?
Yes, Skinny Perfection contains vitamins, minerals, herbs, and amino acids.
Why is this different than other weight loss products?
Skinny Perfection’s Natural Weight Loss System is different because our supplements focuses on the 3 essential elements needed to lose weight. Control helps to control the appetite, reduce portions sizes, and helps to reduce cravings. Metabolize helps to increase the body’s ability to metabolize fat and carbohydrates in the body. Burn helps the body burn and break down stored fat. The combination of these three supplements results in optimum weigh loss success.
Do I have to exercise?
No, you do not have to exercise to see results. However, exercise is always beneficial when trying to lose weight. In addition, our Fit Body Program was designed complement a regular exercise program.
Does it burn belly fat?
Yes, the combination of our supplements helps the body naturally burn stored fat. Our formula is specifically designed to help individuals not only lose pounds and inches, but also burn stored fat for those looking to lean up.
Can men take this?
Yes, our programs is designed for both men and woman. Our program has been shown to not only help men lose weight, but has also shown to increase lean muscle mass.
How quickly should I see result?
Individual results vary. Our program has shown to be success without dietary changes. However, even small dietary changes and exercise can increase weight loss results.
Can I take Energize with coffee?
Energize contains natural herbs to are know to naturally boost energy. It is common to feel the same effects as coffee or caffeinated beverages. However, Energize contains similar chemical structure to caffeine that is slowly released for long lasting energy. It is NOT recommended to be taken with coffee or caffeinated beverages, such as energy drinks.
Can I take Energize in the evenings?
Because Energize contains similar chemical structure to caffeine that is slowly released for long lasting energy, taking Energize in the evenings can effect your sleep and is not typically recommended to be taken at night. However, some people can tolerate caffeine in the evening and their sleep is not effected when taking Energize in the evenings and should only be taken in the evening if you plan to workout.

What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to support@skinnyperfection.com.
Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
How do I place a return?

Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry—Skinny Perfection packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to support@skinnyperfection.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at support@skinnyperfection.com and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Can I remove a saved payment method?
Of course! You can make this change on your Account page. If you need help, email us at support@skinnyperfection.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
Is your card expired?
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at support@skinnyperfection.com. We’re happy to help!
Shipping
When can I expect to receive my Skinny Perfection package— are there currently processing or shipping delays?

Where does Skinny Perfection ship?
Skinny Perfection currently ships to the 50 states. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

We offer Standard (3-5 business day).
NOTE: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
How long will it take to ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 11-15 business days.
I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via support@skinnyperfection.com. We can give you the inside info.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@skinnyperfection.com.

How can I update my order?
Please email us at support@skinnyperfection.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email once your order is complete and when your order ships. You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
Only one promo code is allowed per order.
